The members are awesome! We all encourage and support each other. The trainers care about their members, they modify everything to your own capabilities, but then push you to work harder.

Improve your heart monitors: get ones that actually work and are consistent. Very frustrating and less motivated when monitors are not working properly

I love the fast paced environment, upbeat staff and personalized workouts in a group setting. I am able to get in and out while boosting my metabolism for the entire day. I love tracking my efforts on screen and pushing myself with that as motivation. Losing weight and gaining muscle is a win win.

It's like having a personal trainer watching over you while exercising along with a constant variety of workouts that can easily be modified if necessary. Bonus - I'm in and out within an hour

The time options for the classes are awesome. Makes it easy with my schedule to get in a workout. And in 45 minutes you are done. They can be challenging workouts, but they are effective and I feel great when I'm done!

I love that it is strength and cardio in a compact amount of time. I like that the circuits are different and target different areas such as arms, legs, abs, etc.

The class was energetic and fast paced. I felt like I got a lot out of a short amount of time. It was great to see my heart rate monitor throughout the class time and it made me push myself a little harder.
