Lindsy is a former elementary school teacher. While it was only recently that she decided to pursue her long time dream of teaching group fitness, she has always been passionate about fitness and having an active lifestyle. Growing up hiking with her dad, running marathons and half marathons and doing yoga with her friends, and mountain biking and skiing with her husband, she always found a way to move and have fun with those she loves. Now she is a mother to three boys and teaches group fitness classes including: Barbell, HIIT classes, Tabata boot camps, cycling, Insanity and P90x. She holds NASM CPT, AFAA Group Fitness and Schwinn Cycling certifications. Inspiring people to be active and use their bodies and minds is important to Lindsy. She is driven and inspired knowing that by encouraging you to have a great workout, she is helping set you up for confidence, energy and strength through your day! Lindsy wants to help you FEEL your best so you can BE your best for those you love!
