Jess's fitness journey did not start until later in life. She struggled with her weight for most of her life, maxing her weight in her 20's at 250lbs. In her 30's she started focusing on her health, learning how to eat healthier and began to work out. She started working with a personal trainer in 2016, and joined FIT36 in 2017. She found her love of fitness during that time. She started working with a certified nutritionist in 2019, and knows what foods work for her body. Jess received her personal training certificate in early 2020, and is excited to help people on their path to a healthy life. Jess lives in Parker with her husband and her dog, Malice. She has her bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice.
