Jolene was born in Boston, then moved to Phoenix at the age of 12. Throughout her childhood she was always very active; trying every sport from dance/gymnastics to softball, volleyball and eventually found basketball. She stuck with basketball and played competitively from elementary school through senior year of high school, playing on multiple traveling club teams. Once highs chool ended, Jolene found herself looking for a new outlet and was introduced to the rec center at her university where the trial and error process began.
Jolene was originally a journalism/political science major, but quickly fell in love with health and fitness. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness. She has also earned her CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jolene moved to Denver in 2019 to pursue her career and passion for working with people.
When she’s not working, you can find her exploring her new state in the mountains or at a new brewery with her dog, Zeppelin.
