FIT36® training is rooted in functional movements. The classes are 36 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits designed to torch fat and build lean muscle. The FIT36® method is different from other HIIT workouts, because it’s executed using MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training). Our expertly designed circuits combine; intense cardio to spike your metabolism; resistance training to build strength: and dynamic movements to improve overall fitness and core stability.
