Rachel Frank is a native of Colorado and grew up in Denver . An athlete all of her life, she competed in gymnastics at a young age continued throughout high school. During this time, she found a love for running and began to participate in races - both half and full marathons. Her interest in running then led her into resistance training, and she decided to pursue an education in Exercise Science.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine. In addition to coaching at FIT36, Rachel is a Les Mills BODYPUMP instructor and loves all aspects of group fitness. She believes that group fitness is the right niche for her within the fitness industry, and she plans to further her education in additional class formats.
Rachel's coaching style is balanced between being supportive but having high expectations of her clients. Helping her clients realize their full potential and challenging them to unlock that potential during their workouts is her motivation as a trainer. She's sure to give you a killer workout, but will do so with a big, friendly smile!
