Realizing shortly thereafter he thrived when challenged both mentally and physically, he determined to become a wild land firefighter with Larimer County Sheriff’s Department for the next 4 years. It was here that Ned began running the physical training program for the rest of his crew which eventually led him into a career as a personal trainer. Outdoor activities, sports & fitness have always been a priority and avenue to happiness for him. He played lacrosse all through high school and college, has been challenging himself with various forms of resistance training for 2 decades, is often camping, hiking, and whitewater rafting and now plays competitive and recreational volleyball year round. Bringing others this same sense of joy he has found in staying physical active is a passion he will hold throughout his life.
