Our Jr. HIIT Club classes are designed to help build strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence. Coaches will take the kids through age appropriate circuits using body weight and a variety of equipment. Classes are fun, engaging and, challenging to set them up for a lifetime of physical fitness!
The program is offered for ages 10-14 and runs for 6 consecutive weeks.
