CHECK IN

Arrive 20 minutes before class and check-in at the front desk. Here's the intake form. You can print it and fill it out now to save some time, or feel free to do it at the studio.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

At your first class, a FIT36® trainer will walk you through the studio, and explain what you’re about to do. Have questions? Ask the trainer. Trainers are here to make sure you get the most out of your training.

GET YOUR MONITOR

The trainer, or one of the staff members, will get you set up with a clean heart rate monitor prior to starting your class. Your heart rate will be displayed on a screen to allow you and the trainer to monitor your progress and maximize your workout. After class, you’ll get an email summarizing your training stats, which will help you set, and crush, your fitness goals.

WARM UP

About five minutes before class you’ll start warming up. You can warm up with the exercises displayed on screen, jump rope, run in place, climb on a stationary bike, or warm up in any way that gets your blood flowing and muscles loose.

TRAIN HARD

Thirty-six minutes will fly by when you’re pushing yourself to great music. Get ready for one of the best, most efficient workouts you’ve ever had. The trainer will be moving around the entire studio. Feel free to ask questions to the trainer or anyone else around you. We are here to help each other achieve our goals.

COOL DOWN

The trainer will guide you through a quick group cool-down session. Check out your stats on the studio screens, and talk to the trainer about what they mean and how you can set goals for next time.
