Your body adjusts to repetitive training, so it’s important to break up routines. We run our circuits for two weeks at a time. This allows your body to create muscle memory and go from unable, to able, to expert on these movements quickly. Then, once you conquer a microcycle, we shake up the circuit and start something new.

Heart rate monitors are available to help you stay in the anaerobic zone to help optimize stamina and calorie burn—both during the class, and for up to several hours after.

FIT36® trainers help you rock class and modify for safety. Class trainers serve as coaches, teachers, and motivators to help you get the results you want. We max our classes out at 24 members to maintain an intimate, high intensity environment that’s fun and focused on safety.
