Ryan graduated from the National Academy of Sports Sciences in early 2014 with his Certified Personal Training certificate. Since then he has also received his Corrective Exercise Specialization certificate and his Fitness Nutrition Specialization certificate. He began right away training clients in a one on one setting at Seattle Central. He then had the opportunity to lead an outdoor group exercise class and rapidly discovered his passion as a group exercise coach. He has had the privilege to work at many top notch fitness studios where he gained extensive knowledge and experience. Most recently he has finished his 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training through the National Yoga Alliance. When he is not at Fit 36 you can find him most often making awesome playlists, teaching yoga, eating Oreo's, or napping. "I was lucky to have a mom who pushed me to be active and I pursued both gymnastics and crew through out my youth. This has taught me that fitness is much more than a thirty minute workout -- it's a lifestyle. Above all else, listen to your body, and have fun!"
