Lindsay is currently a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She also is STOTT Pilates trained in mat and reformer. Lindsay started off training in dance, and recently graduated as a musical theatre major from the University of Washington. Being a dancer all her life and then gaining and not losing weight with the stresses of university, she found HIIT style workouts to help her. After getting in the best shape of her life, losing 30 pounds, and gaining an Instagram audience that followed her transformation, she realized she could help others reach their goals. Lindsay has been both the trainer and the trainee and knows how it feels to struggle with weight issues. Her goal is to help people of all ages and fitness levels to get stronger, leaner, and reach their fitness goals. She looks at fitness as a priority, not an option. Outside of the studio, you can find Lindsay instagramming, playing with her adorable bunny named Fluffles, and chasing big dreams!
