FIT36® APP FAQ
What can I do in the app?
Answer: View studio locations and schedules, book classes, add classes to your calendar, share classes with friends and track your attendance.
Can I book classes using the app?
Answer: Yes, you can book a class at any FIT36® studio as long as you are already have a package or membership through MINDBODY. To book a class, choose a studio (this will bring up the schedule for your studio of choice) and then select “book class”. This will reserve your place in the class.
Can I book multiple classes using the app?
Answer: Yes. If you choose to book multiple classes throughout the month, please ensure to book classes based on your monthly membership package. For example, if your membership package is equal to 8 classes per month you can pre-register for up to 8 classes that month.
Will the check-in process be different if I visit another studio?
Answer: No, as long as you have an active membership or package, check-in will be the same at all studios. If it is your first time visiting the studio, you will be prompted to complete an Intake Form (either physical or electronic) to participate in classes at the second studio.
What if I am a new member without a MINDBODY account?
Answer: Unfortunately, you won’t be able to book a class until you create an account within MINDBODY. Please visit “Find a Location”. This will lead you to select your home studio. Once you click through to the studio page, you can create a MINDBODY account by selecting “Book a Class” located under “Membership”. Once that is done, you can use the app to book your classes.
How do I share my booked class with friends?
Answer: Once your class is booked you can add it to your calendar and share it via email or text. Members will be prompted to complete an Intake Form (either physical or electronic) to participate in classes at the second studio.
